Code execution via Catia MODEL buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens Simcenter Femap before 2401.0000 allows attackers to execute code via a crafted Catia MODEL file. The Catia MODEL parser writes past the end of an allocated buffer when processing malformed file content. Execution requires a user to open the file, and resulting code runs with the privileges of the current Femap process.
