Kernel-memory disclosure via uncleared TCM command buffer

Information exposure in openEuler Kernel before 4.19.90-2403.4.0.0244 allows local users to read residual TCM command data. The tcm_open function allocates an uninitialized per-open buffer, while tcm_read copies it to user space without clearing prior command results. Local access to the TCM device is required; exposure is limited to residual kernel-heap data and earlier TCM command results in releases starting at 4.19.90-2109.1.0.0108.
