Service interruption via unlocked Bluetooth interval validation

Race condition in Linux kernel 4.0-rc1 through 6.8-rc1 allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent Bluetooth debugfs writes. The sniff_min_interval_set and sniff_max_interval_set paths validate each proposed boundary before taking hci_dev_lock, so a concurrent change can make the accepted minimum exceed the maximum. Privileged debugfs write access, restricted to root by default on Ubuntu kernels, is required; Siemens also lists all versions of its SIMATIC subsystem as affected.
