Bluetooth disruption via unlocked debugfs bound checks

A race condition in Linux kernel Bluetooth before 6.8-rc2 allows local users with debugfs write access to disrupt connections or crash. The conn_info_min_age_set and conn_info_max_age_set functions compare shared bounds before acquiring the device lock, so concurrent writes can violate the minimum-and-maximum invariant. The affected entries are restricted to root by default, and successful exploitation can corrupt connection settings or interrupt the system.
