System crash via unlocked Fibre Channel state reset

Race condition in the Linux kernel before 6.5-rc2 allows local users to crash the system through the Emulex LightPulse Fibre Channel driver. The lpfc_unregister_fcf_rescan function clears phba->fcf.fcf_flag without holding phba->hbalock, racing other accesses and permitting a null pointer dereference. Exploitation requires local access and interaction with the affected SCSI Fibre Channel path; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic and system crash.
