Log deletion via missing CSRF validation
Published Feb 21, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in three Frédéric GILLES WordPress importer plugins allows remote attackers to delete the plugin log. The administrative log-deletion action accepts a forged request from an attacker-controlled page without adequate request-origin validation. Exploitation requires a privileged user with an authenticated WordPress session to visit a crafted page or submit a forged form, after which the log is deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
