Privilege escalation via predictable shared-directory executables

Incorrect default permissions in Vercel pkg 5.8.1 and earlier allow local users to replace extracted native executables in /tmp. Packaged applications with native code write predictably named executables into the shared /tmp/pkg directory without isolating them from other users. Exploitation requires access to the same Unix host and a user to run the replaced executable, which executes attacker-controlled code with that user's privileges.
