Admin-level code execution via unrestricted class loading

Improper access control in Graylog Open Server 2.0.0 through 5.1.10 and 5.2.0 through 5.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to run code. ClusterConfigResource treats a fully qualified class name from the cluster-config path as a lookup key, loads it without a class allowlist, and passes request-body data to a one-argument String constructor. The request requires clusterconfigentry:create and clusterconfigentry:edit permissions, normally held by administrators; selecting java.io.File returns the chosen server file in the REST response.
