Denial of service in OpenIDC mod_auth_openidc 2.0.0 through 2.4.15.1 allows remote attackers to hang or crash Apache via a cookie. The oidc_util_get_chunked_cookie function accepts an unbounded cookie-derived count as its loop limit and searches for that many chunk cookies. The vulnerable path requires OIDCSessionType client-cookie; crafted requests can consume workers until the service hangs or crashes.
