SSRF via unterminated hostname truncation

SSRF in libuv 1.24.0 through 1.47.0 allows remote attackers to reach unintended IP addresses via crafted hostnames over 256 bytes. The uv_getaddrinfo path passes uv__idna_toascii a 256-byte buffer that can fill without a null terminator, so getaddrinfo reads a truncated numeric address as valid. Applications must pass attacker-controlled hostnames through this path and trust the resolved address; exposed services can then reach internal APIs.
