Trust-decision bypass via retained address comments

Input interpretation error in net/mail before 1.21.8 and 1.22.0-0 through 1.22.0 allows remote attackers to alter trust decisions. The address phrase parser admits reserved parentheses as atom characters and retains comments in display names instead of removing them as comment syntax. Exposure requires an application to parse attacker-controlled addresses and make a security decision that disagrees with a conforming parser.
