VLAN boundary bypass via faulty origin verification

Origin validation errors in HIMA safety-controller firmware allow remote attackers to send ICMP ping requests across VLAN boundaries. The origin-verification logic accepts a ping received on one network and forwards it through a port assigned to a different VLAN. Exploitation requires adjacent network access but no authentication; the reported consequence is limited to crossing segmentation and disclosing host reachability.
