Authenticated data access bypass via nested SQL parsing

Incorrect authorization in SQLLab in Apache Superset before 3.0.4 and 3.1.0 through 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read unauthorized data. ParsedQuery table extraction lacked database-dialect context, so nested statements could omit referenced tables from authorization checks. Access requires an account with SQLLab execution rights; successful queries can read data outside that account's authorized database scope.
