MFA bypass via unverified superuser hijacking

Authentication weakness in Open Forms before 2.2.9, 2.3.7, 2.4.5, and 2.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to bypass MFA. The API authentication endpoint lacked MFA enforcement, while the user-hijack flow accepted superusers without confirming second-factor verification. Exploitation required a compromised superuser password, but maintainers found no working login path; a working path would expose submissions and permit staff impersonation and data changes.
