Server takeover via unrestricted password guessing

Improper login-attempt restriction in CasaOS-UserService before 0.4.7 allows remote attackers to obtain server superuser access. The PostUserLogin handler accepts unlimited password guesses because it performs no rate-limit check before validating submitted credentials. The login endpoint requires no authentication; a correctly guessed password grants full server access, while failed guesses alone do not alter data.
