Unauthenticated file read via avatar path traversal

Path traversal in GetUserImage in IceWhale Technology Limited CasaOS-UserService before 0.4.7 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. Before the added path check, the handler accepts the path query and passes it to os.Open without requiring the permitted CasaOS avatar prefix. This exposes local files, including the CasaOS user database, over a network request without authentication or user interaction.
