Unauthenticated restricted-content disclosure via post-handler authorization

Incorrect authorization in Galette 1.0.0 through 1.0.1 allows remote attackers to read restricted public-page content over HTTP. The public-page middleware invokes the route handler and renders its response before calling showPublicPages(), then returns that populated response with a denial status and redirect header. Unauthenticated access is sufficient; exposure is limited to public-page content barred by the configured administrator, staff, or current-member policy.
