Unauthenticated internal service access via DNS rebinding

Server-side request forgery in MindsDB before 23.12.4.2 allows remote attackers to access internal HTTP services through DNS rebinding. The is_private_url check resolves a supplied hostname once and approves a public address, while the later HTTP request resolves it again after DNS switches to a private address. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation reads responses from internal HTTP services and can interrupt MindsDB.
