Credential disclosure via committed environment file

Sensitive-information exposure in Degamisu OpenIRS 1.0.0 allows attackers to obtain application secrets via repository contents. The repository's .env file was committed during GitHub Actions work, placing sensitive keys in version-controlled content. Exposure requires read access to the affected repository contents, and the direct consequence is compromise of only the credentials stored in that file.
