Bluetooth stack hang via GATT timer loop

Infinite-loop denial of service in Apache NimBLE through 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to hang the BLE stack with crafted GATT operations. In ble_hs_conn_timer, an expired ATT queued write makes the timer unlock the host, request termination, and continue its unbounded outer loop; the patch terminates the connection under the existing lock and returns after one connection-list pass. A Bluetooth peer within radio range can reach the GATT server without prior authentication and stall the stack or its hosting device.
