Improper login-attempt restriction in innovaphone PBX before 14r1 allows remote attackers to brute-force AP Manager access. The AP Manager password form accepts repeated failed credential attempts without sufficient rate limiting or lockout. No prior account or user interaction is required; successful password guessing grants access to the administration panel and its managed data.
