Authorization bypass in LatePoint 4.9.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to read customer PII and change LatePoint passwords. The start_or_use_session_for_customer function accepts a modified numeric customer ID from a session cookie without a capability check, opening another customer's cabinet. Exploitation requires the "Use WordPress users as customers" setting; access includes customer records and LatePoint password control, with WordPress impact only for linked accounts.
