Stored XSS in Plugin Planet Simple Ajax Chat before 20240412 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via plugin settings. The settings update path accepts and stores a crafted sac_fade_length value containing JavaScript without sanitization or output escaping. Administrator privileges and a subsequent page view are required, causing the stored script to run in the visitor's browser even when unfiltered_html is disabled.
