Process memory corruption via unbounded vertex comment read

Stack-based buffer overflow in libigl 2.5.0 allows attackers to corrupt a consuming process via a crafted OFF vertex comment. While iterating over vertices, readOFF uses fscanf without a field-width limit to copy a comment line into a fixed 1,000-byte stack buffer. A consuming application must pass an attacker-supplied OFF file to readOFF; stack corruption is documented, but code execution is not established.
