Plaintext recovery via PKCS#1 timing oracle

Timing side channel in Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA before 0.35 allows remote attackers to recover plaintext through PKCS#1 v1.5 decryption. The module exposes processing-time differences while its decryption path validates attacker-chosen RSA ciphertexts, creating a Bleichenbacher-style padding oracle. Exploitation requires an application to expose the legacy decryption mode and permit many precisely timed trial messages; signatures are not affected.
