Authenticated super-user escalation via profile capability assignment

Incorrect authorization in facileManager 4.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to grant themselves super-user privileges. The updateUser method accepts attacker-controlled user_caps data during self-profile updates because its authorization check does not reject capability changes by non-admin accounts. Any logged-in non-admin can set user_caps[facileManager][do_everything] to 1 and obtain full application privileges without changing another account.
