Authenticated host file read via COPY FROM

Path traversal in affected CrateDB releases allows remote authenticated users to read host files through COPY FROM file URIs. FileCollectSource accepted file URIs from any database user and opened files readable by the CrateDB process without requiring the crate superuser. A valid database login is required, and access is limited to files readable by the CrateDB process; imported content can expose credentials and configuration data.
