Password recovery via fast SHA-1 hashing

Weak password hashing in Bludit 2.0 through 3.15.0 allows attackers with stored hashes to recover cleartext passwords offline. The generatePasswordHash method in bl-kernel/users.class.php applies one fast SHA-1 pass to the password and an eight-character salt produced by rand. Exploitation requires access to stored password hashes; successful cracking exposes credentials for accounts whose passwords are recovered.
