Code injection in LEPTON CMS 7.0.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary PHP code through the authenticated Languages installer. The Languages interface accepts an uploaded upgrade.php file and invokes its PHP payload when Install is selected. Administrative backend access is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands under the web-server account.
