Published Mar 1, 2024 · Updated Aug 15, 2024
Stored XSS in Public Knowledge Project Open Journal Systems 3.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a publication subtitle. The publication subtitle form stores attacker-supplied markup and later renders it as active browser content when the publication is reopened. The documented path requires administrative access to plant the payload; subsequent viewing runs script in the viewer's OJS origin.
