Remote device reboot via unprotected UDP command

Improper access control in Silex Technology DS-600 Firmware 1.4.1 allows remote attackers to reboot devices through UDP port 19540. The UDP service accepts the EXEC REBOOT SYSTEM command without adequate access control and invokes a system reboot when a crafted packet reaches the service. Network access to port 19540 is required, and successful exploitation interrupts service by forcibly restarting the device.
