Unauthenticated settings modification via UDP SAVE command

Improper access control in Silex Technology DS-600 Firmware 1.4.1 allows remote attackers to alter device settings over UDP. The UDP service on port 19540 accepts the SAVE EEP_DATA command and writes supplied configuration data without enforcing authorization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting changes can compromise device integrity or interrupt availability.
