Service interruption via unchecked SCTP descriptor index

Stack overflow in OpenAirInterface CN5G AMF 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the AMF through repeated N2 SCTP connections. The sctp_server::sctp_receiver_thread function passes accepted descriptors to FD_SET without checking the fd_set 1024-descriptor bound, so a high descriptor index writes beyond the stack buffer. The N2 interface must be reachable, and enough concurrent connections must remain open to raise an accepted descriptor above the limit; the resulting AMF crash interrupts cellular service.
