AMF crash via empty response list overflow

Buffer overflow in OpenAirInterface CN5G AMF 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the AMF over the N2 interface. The ngap_amf_handle_pdu_session_resource_setup_response function performs a stack-based memcpy when an empty ResourceFailedToSetupList is processed, overflowing its destination buffer. Access to the N2 interface and a low-privilege network context are required; successful exploitation interrupts AMF availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
