MME crash via zero-length IMSI lookup

Reachable assertion in Open5GS MME 2.6.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service via a crafted InitialUEMessage packet. The mme_ue_find_by_imsi function passes the packet-controlled zero-length IMSI to an assertion that requires a nonzero IMSI length, aborting the MME process. No authentication or user interaction is required; repeated packets can interrupt LTE core-network service.
