MME crash via unchecked Access Point Name length

Buffer overflow in Magma 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the MME with a malformed Access Point Name in a NAS packet. The decode_access_point_name_ie function trusts a packet-controlled label length and passes it to blk2bstr without checking the remaining buffer, causing an out-of-bounds read. An unauthenticated mobile device can reach the decoder during an initial cellular connection without a valid SIM, interrupting LTE service until the MME restarts.
