Information disclosure via background-login reflected XSS
Published Feb 2, 2024 · Updated Jun 5, 2025
Reflected XSS in XunRuiCMS 4.6.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information through a crafted background-login request. The public record identifies the background-login request as the injection path but does not disclose the affected parameter or the output operation that fails to encode attacker-controlled input. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a user to process the crafted request, exposing information and permitting limited browser-context changes without interrupting service.
