Unauthenticated command execution via backtick URL injection

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R firmware 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The setUrlFilterRules handler in cstecgi.cgi passes the url field into a shell command without neutralizing backticks; the published request injects ls and redirects its output into the web root. No privileges or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the CGI process's permissions.
