Unauthenticated command execution via enable parameter

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R firmware 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The setWiFiScheduleCfg handler passes the untrusted enable value through Uci_Set_Str, which splices it into a uci command that CsteSystem sends to execv. No prior privileges or user interaction are required; injected commands run with the web service's permissions and can read or change router data or interrupt service.
