OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R firmware 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The setIpv6Cfg handler passes a pppoeUser or pppoePass value into command-processing code without neutralizing shell metacharacters; the published proof uses backticks to run ls and redirect its output into a web-accessible file. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation permits command execution with the router service's privileges.
