OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via arpEnable. The setStaticDhcpRules handler passes arpEnable to Uci_Set_Str, which splices it into a UCI command that CsteSystem sends to execv. The published assessment requires no prior privileges, and the demonstrated request writes command output into the router's web root.
