Root access via hard-coded firmware password

Hard-coded credentials in TOTOLINK A8000RU 7.1cu.643_B20200521 allow remote attackers to obtain root access with a fixed password. The firmware stores a recoverable root password hash in /etc/shadow, and the public analysis derives the shared plaintext password from that entry. Network reachability is required; successful authentication grants the device root account, while the affected login service is not identified publicly.
