Local protection shutdown via passcode bypass

Improper privilege management in Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect App allows local users to disable endpoint VPN protection without a passcode. Palo Alto Networks has not published the flawed function or operation that bypasses passcode verification. Exposure requires Allow User to Disable GlobalProtect App to be set to Allow with Passcode, after which a non-privileged local user can stop GlobalProtect enforcement.
