CVE-2024-2422Network attack vector

Authenticated command execution via argument injection

Published May 30, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024

Argument injection in LenelS2 NetBox 5.6.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute malicious commands. The vendor has not published the affected endpoint, parameter, or command-construction path, so the flaw is known only as a failure to neutralize argument delimiters. A low-privileged NetBox account and network access are required, and command execution can expose or alter access-control data and interrupt service.
