Arbitrary file read via unfiltered path traversal

Path traversal in MRCMS 3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the file-editing endpoint. FileController.edit appends unfiltered path and name parameters to the web root, creates a File, and passes it to FileTools.getFileContet for reading. A crafted ../ sequence can expose any file the server process can read, with no user interaction or authenticated session required.
