Browser script execution via unfiltered Usr parameter
Published Feb 7, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Reflected XSS in Mail2World Business Control Center 12 allows remote attackers to execute script in a visitor's browser via a crafted URL. The resellercenter/login.asp handler places the Usr query value into its response without filtering, allowing markup and script to enter the rendered page. Exploitation requires a visitor to follow the crafted URL; the injected script runs in that visitor's browser context and can access or alter exposed page data.
