Unauthenticated backend access via modifiable login state

Authentication bypass in Ruijie RG-NBS2009G-P RGOS 10.4(1)P2 Release (9736) allows remote attackers to access the management backend. The web login flow trusts a client-modifiable login-check-state value, and changing an intercepted response value to 1 admits arbitrary credentials. The attack requires network access but no valid account or user interaction; exploitation grants backend privileges and can crash the device.
