Stored script execution via unsanitized role fields
Published Feb 1, 2024 · Updated Jun 12, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Aitangbao springboot-manager 1.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via /sys/role. The role update endpoint stores unsanitized script markup from the name and description JSON fields, and the role-list view executes it. A valid authorization token is required to plant the payload, and another authenticated user must open Role Management, exposing that user's browser-session data or actions.
