Process memory exhaustion via unfreed HTTP/2 push headers

Memory leakage in libcurl 7.44.0 through 8.6.0 allows remote attackers to consume process memory via HTTP/2 server push. The lib/http2.c on_header path frees only the push_headers pointer after allocation exceeds 1,000 entries, leaving each allocated header string unreleased. HTTP/2 server push must be enabled, and repeated oversized PUSH_PROMISE responses can silently leak multiple megabytes per response until the client process is interrupted.
