Service hang via stale PPP packet-buffer state

Infinite-loop handling in tcpdump's PPP printer allows local users to hang packet processing with a crafted DLT_PPP_SERIAL savefile. The ppp_hdlc path replaces packet and bounds pointers with an unescaped temporary buffer but fails to restore them when printer exceptions return through longjmp. Opening the file with an affected master-branch build is required; the loop consumes processing indefinitely without reported data exposure or modification.
